OFFICE HOURS
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The office is closed on weekends, although tutoring sessions often occur Saturdays and Sundays for your convenience.
RESULTS
We are committed to 100% satisfaction. If for any reason, and at any time, you are not satisfied with your tutor, we will be happy to provide you with a new tutor and credit your account with one hour. Our tutors will track your student's progress and scores to ensure that the tutoring sessions are as effective as possible. We encourage parents to discuss your child's progress with the tutors.
SCHEDULING
Our office will select your tutor and handle the scheduling of your initial appointment. Future scheduling requests are handled directly between you and your tutor, so as to afford you the flexibility of planning a tutoring schedule that fits your needs. Your tutor will return your call the same business day.
PRICING
Our programs are prepaid and non-refundable. The hours you purchase are good for two years and can be used for any family member. Our pricing discounts offered though our package programs are intended to encourage consistency and maximize the positive impact that tutoring can have. If you exceed your prepaid program, you can buy an additional package of your choice at a discounted rate, or be billed at the flat rate of individual sessions. It is always your responsibility to call our office when you intend to discontinue services.
